End User License Agreement — lessmoke
Please read this before using lessmoke. By downloading, installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
lessmoke is a mobile app that helps you quit smoking through a token-based system, craving tools, guided breathing and meditation, streaks and statistics. It is a motivational and tracking tool — nothing more.
lessmoke is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care. Always consult your doctor or a qualified health professional about quitting smoking, about withdrawal symptoms, and before changing anything about your medication.
The free version is funded by ads. Where the law requires it you are asked for consent before any ad loads, and on iOS you are also asked Apple's tracking question. Declining either does not restrict any feature of the app — the ads simply become non-personalised.
Renewal and billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in App Store → your account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Restoring. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, use Restore purchases on the premium screen to bring your subscription back.
Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use lessmoke for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.
You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose, infringe anyone's intellectual property, submit false information, upload malicious code, reverse-engineer the app, or attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours.
The app's text, graphics, logos, icons, illustrations, audio and software belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Meditation and ambience audio is licensed for use inside the app; it may not be extracted or redistributed.
Your quit data is yours. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can delete your account and the data attached to it from inside the app at any time.
We try to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and cloud sync depends on services we do not control.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. This does not affect the statutory consumer rights you have in your own country.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to where you live.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.

lessmoke'u kullanmadan önce lütfen okuyun. Uygulamayı indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
lessmoke; jeton temelli bir sistem, kriz araçları, nefes ve meditasyon rehberleri, seriler ve istatistiklerle sigarayı bırakmanıza yardımcı olan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bir motivasyon ve takip aracıdır; fazlası değil.
lessmoke bir tıbbi cihaz değildir; tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis veya tedavi sunmaz. Profesyonel bakımın yerine geçmez. Sigarayı bırakma, yoksunluk belirtileri ve ilaçlarınızda herhangi bir değişiklik konusunda daima hekiminize veya nitelikli bir sağlık profesyoneline danışın.
Ücretsiz sürüm reklamlarla finanse edilir. Hukuken gerekli olan yerlerde herhangi bir reklam yüklenmeden önce onayınız istenir; iOS'ta ayrıca Apple'ın izleme sorusu sorulur. İkisini de reddetmeniz uygulamanın hiçbir özelliğini kısıtlamaz — reklamlar yalnızca kişiselleştirilmemiş hale gelir.
Yenilenme ve ücretlendirme. Satın almayı onayladığınızda ücret Apple Kimliğinizden tahsil edilir. Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmadıkça abonelik kendiliğinden yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan alınır.
Yönetme ve iptal. Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman App Store → hesabınız → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
Geri yükleme. Uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunuzda veya yeni bir cihaza geçtiğinizde premium ekranındaki Satın alımları geri yükle ile aboneliğinizi geri getirebilirsiniz.
İadeler. Satın almaları Apple yürüttüğü için iade talepleri Apple'a yapılır: reportaproblem.apple.com. İadeyi biz gerçekleştiremeyiz.
Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir ve buradan okunabilir.
Bu şartlara tabi olmak kaydıyla, lessmoke'u kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımınız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisansla kullanmanıza izin veriyoruz.
Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı bir amaçla kullanamaz, başkalarının fikrî mülkiyet haklarını ihlal edemez, yanlış bilgi giremez, zararlı kod yükleyemez, uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözemez ve size ait olmayan hesap veya sistemlere erişmeye çalışamazsınız.
Uygulamadaki metin, grafik, logo, simge, illüstrasyon, ses ve yazılım bize ya da lisans verenlerimize aittir; telif ve marka hukuku ile korunur. Meditasyon ve ortam sesleri uygulama içi kullanım için lisanslanmıştır; çıkarılamaz veya yeniden dağıtılamaz.
Bırakma verileriniz size aittir. Bu verileri Gizlilik Politikamızda anlatıldığı şekilde işleriz; söz konusu politika bu şartların bir parçasıdır. Hesabınızı ve ona bağlı veriyi istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.
Hizmeti çalışır tutmaya çalışıyoruz; ancak kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Özellikler değişebilir ve bulut eşitlemesi kontrolümüz dışındaki hizmetlere bağlıdır.
Bu şartları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Siz de istediğiniz zaman uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz.
Hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamayı kullanmanızdan doğan dolaylı veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, ihmalden kaynaklanan ölüm veya bedensel zarar dahil, kanunen sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz. Bulunduğunuz ülkedeki yasal tüketici haklarınız saklıdır.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; yaşadığınız yerde sahip olduğunuz emredici tüketici korumaları etkilenmez.
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Esaslı değişiklikler yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulamada duyurulur ve sayfanın üstündeki tarih değişir.
