lessmoke — quit-smoking app

The short version. lessmoke stores what it needs to keep your quit streak, your plan and your subscription working across your devices. We do not sell your data. Your craving logs and quit progress are never shared with advertisers.

1. Who we are

lessmoke is developed and operated by Lokman Şahin, Türkiye. In this policy “we”, “us” and “the app” mean lessmoke. If you have any question about this policy, the contact address is at the bottom of this page.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

Account information — e-mail address and display name, when you create an account.
Onboarding profile — date of birth and gender, if you choose to enter them, used to tailor the health-recovery timeline.
Quit data — quit date, cigarettes per day, pack size and price, cigarettes smoked or avoided, craving logs, pledges and meditation sessions.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Subscription state — whether a subscription is active, its product and renewal date. Apple processes the payment; we never see your card details.
Advertising identifiers — only if you allow tracking. See section 5.
Device and diagnostic data — app version and crash information, through Apple's standard reporting.

2.3 What we never collect

Precise location. The app does not request location permission at all.
Contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
Health data from Apple Health. lessmoke does not connect to HealthKit.

3. Using the app without an account

You can use lessmoke in guest mode. In guest mode your data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. You lose it if you delete the app, and it does not sync to your other devices. Creating an account is what turns on cloud backup and sync — nothing else.

5. Advertising and tracking

The free version of lessmoke shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. This is how the free version pays for itself. Premium subscribers see no ads at all.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are shown Google's consent form (UMP) before any ad loads. If you decline, ads are either non-personalised or not shown.
On iOS you are also asked Apple's App Tracking Transparency question. If you decline, no advertising identifier is shared and ads become non-personalised. Nothing else about the app changes.
You can revisit your ad-consent choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options inside the app, and change the tracking permission in iOS Settings.
Your quit progress, craving logs, pledges and profile are never sent to advertisers. Ad personalisation is based on the advertising identifier only.

Google's handling of that data is described in Google's privacy policy.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the app work:

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users. If the app is ever transferred to another owner, your data may move with it; you would be told before that happens.

7. Storage, security and retention

Data in transit is protected with TLS. Credentials are held in the iOS Keychain, not in ordinary storage.
Account and quit data are kept while your account exists.
When you delete your account, the account and the quit data attached to it are deleted from our servers.
Guest-mode data lives only on your device and never reaches us.

8. Your rights

You can, at any time:

Delete your account and data — in the app, under Profile → Delete account. This is immediate and cannot be undone.
Correct your information — from the profile screen.
Withdraw notification consent — in iOS Settings, or in the app's settings.
Withdraw ad-tracking consent — in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Request a copy of your data, or its erasure — write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the rights described in the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

9. Children

lessmoke is intended for adults who smoke and is rated accordingly on the App Store. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.

10. International transfers

Our own server is in the European Union. Apple, RevenueCat and Google may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in their own privacy policies.

11. Health disclaimer

lessmoke is a motivational and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor or a qualified health professional about quitting smoking.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and show a notice in the app before the change takes effect.

Kısaca. lessmoke; serinizi, planınızı ve aboneliğinizi cihazlarınız arasında çalışır tutmak için gereken veriyi saklar. Verinizi satmıyoruz. Kriz kayıtlarınız ve bırakma ilerlemeniz hiçbir zaman reklamverenlerle paylaşılmaz.

1. Kim olduğumuz

lessmoke, Lokman Şahin (Türkiye) tarafından geliştirilir ve işletilir. Bu metinde “biz” ve “uygulama” lessmoke'u ifade eder. Sorularınız için iletişim adresi sayfanın altındadır.

2. Topladığımız bilgiler

2.1 Sizin verdikleriniz

Hesap bilgileri — hesap oluşturduğunuzda e-posta adresi ve görünen ad.
Başlangıç profili — girmeyi seçerseniz doğum tarihi ve cinsiyet; sağlık iyileşme takvimini kişiselleştirmek için kullanılır.
Bırakma verileri — bırakma tarihi, günlük sigara, paket adedi ve fiyatı, içilen veya içilmeyen sigara sayısı, kriz kayıtları, sözler ve meditasyon oturumları.

2.2 Otomatik toplanan bilgiler

Abonelik durumu — aboneliğin aktif olup olmadığı, ürünü ve yenilenme tarihi. Ödemeyi Apple işler; kart bilgilerinizi hiç görmeyiz.
Reklam tanımlayıcıları — yalnızca izleme izni verirseniz. Bkz. 5. bölüm.
Cihaz ve tanılama verisi — uygulama sürümü ve çökme bilgisi; Apple'ın standart raporlaması üzerinden.

2.3 Hiçbir zaman toplamadıklarımız

Kesin konum. Uygulama konum izni hiç istemez.
Rehber, fotoğraflar, mikrofon veya kamera.
Apple Health verisi. lessmoke HealthKit'e bağlanmaz.

3. Hesapsız kullanım

lessmoke'u misafir modunda kullanabilirsiniz. Misafir modunda veriniz cihazınızda kalır ve sunucularımıza gönderilmez. Uygulamayı silerseniz veri de gider ve diğer cihazlarınıza eşitlenmez. Hesap açmak yalnızca bulut yedeği ve eşitlemeyi açar, başka hiçbir şeyi değil.

5. Reklam ve izleme

lessmoke'un ücretsiz sürümü Google AdMob reklamları gösterir; ücretsiz sürümün masrafını bu karşılar. Premium abonelere hiç reklam gösterilmez.

AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de herhangi bir reklam yüklenmeden önce Google'ın onay formu (UMP) gösterilir. Reddederseniz reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez ya da hiç gösterilmez.
iOS'ta ayrıca Apple'ın İzleme Şeffaflığı (ATT) sorusu sorulur. Reddederseniz hiçbir reklam tanımlayıcısı paylaşılmaz ve reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez. Uygulamada başka hiçbir şey değişmez.
Reklam onayınızı uygulama içinde Ayarlar → Gizlilik seçenekleri'nden, izleme iznini ise iOS Ayarlar'dan istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz.
Bırakma ilerlemeniz, kriz kayıtlarınız, sözleriniz ve profiliniz hiçbir zaman reklamverenlere gönderilmez. Reklam kişiselleştirmesi yalnızca reklam tanımlayıcısına dayanır.

6. Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Kişisel bilgileri satmıyor, kiralamıyor veya takas etmiyoruz. Yalnızca uygulamayı çalışır kılan hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşıyoruz:

Hukuken zorunlu olduğunda ya da kullanıcılarımızın haklarını ve güvenliğini korumak için de bilgi paylaşabiliriz. Uygulama bir gün başka bir sahibe devredilirse veriniz de devrolabilir; bu gerçekleşmeden önce size bildirilir.

7. Saklama, güvenlik ve süre

Aktarım sırasında veri TLS ile korunur. Kimlik bilgileri sıradan depolamada değil, iOS Keychain'de tutulur.
Hesap ve bırakma verileri hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır.
Hesabınızı sildiğinizde hesap ve ona bağlı bırakma verileri sunucularımızdan silinir.
Misafir modu verisi yalnızca cihazınızda durur, bize hiç ulaşmaz.

8. Haklarınız

İstediğiniz zaman:

Hesabınızı ve verinizi silebilirsiniz — uygulamada Profil → Hesabı sil. Anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.
Bilgilerinizi düzeltebilirsiniz — profil ekranından.
Bildirim iznini geri çekebilirsiniz — iOS Ayarlar'dan veya uygulama ayarlarından.
Reklam izleme iznini geri çekebilirsiniz — iOS Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme.
Verinizin kopyasını veya silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz — aşağıdaki adrese yazın, 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.

AEA veya Birleşik Krallık'taysanız yerel veri koruma otoritenize şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz. Türkiye'deyseniz KVKK kapsamındaki haklarınız saklıdır. Kaliforniya'daysanız CCPA'nın tanıdığı bilme ve silme haklarına sahipsiniz; kişisel bilgi satmadığımız için çıkılacak bir satış yoktur.

9. Çocuklar

lessmoke sigara içen yetişkinler içindir ve App Store'da buna göre derecelendirilmiştir. Çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 18 yaşından küçüklerden bilerek bilgi toplamayız. Bir çocuğun hesap açtığını düşünüyorsanız bize yazın, hesabı kaldıralım.

10. Yurt dışına aktarım

Kendi sunucumuz Avrupa Birliği'ndedir. Apple, RevenueCat ve Google, kendi gizlilik politikalarında tanımlanan güvenceler kapsamında veriyi ülkeniz dışında — Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dahil — işleyebilir.

11. Sağlık uyarısı

lessmoke bir motivasyon ve takip aracıdır. Tıbbi cihaz değildir; tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis veya tedavi sunmaz. Sigarayı bırakma konusunda bir hekime veya nitelikli bir sağlık profesyoneline danışın.

12. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Politika esaslı biçimde değişirse sayfanın üstündeki tarihi güncelleriz ve değişiklik yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulamada bildirim gösteririz.
