Privacy policy

CakeSim is published by Lokman Şahin. Contact lokman782782@gmail.com for privacy questions and requests. This policy describes the current iPhone and iPad app and its service providers.

Data saved on your device

Your cake designs, game progress, earned unlocks, settings and preferences are saved locally on your device. CakeSim does not require a separate account or upload these designs to our server. You can export a cake image using the iOS sharing controls; the destination you select applies its own privacy practices. Deleting the app may delete local progress, subject to Apple backup behavior.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat processes an app user identifier, product and transaction details, purchase history, subscription status and technical information needed to validate, restore and manage Premium access. We do not receive your payment card details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.

Advertising and consent

The free version uses Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Google and its advertising partners may process IP address and approximate location derived from it, device or app identifiers, ad interactions, usage and diagnostic information to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and operate their services. Google User Messaging Platform requests privacy choices where required; ad requests are made only when that platform permits them. You can revisit available choices in the app's Settings. iOS tracking permission can be managed in iOS Settings. Premium removes ads within CakeSim. See Google's privacy policy.

Retention, rights and children

Local game data remains on your device until you remove it or the app. Apple, RevenueCat and Google retain service data under their own policies. You may contact us to ask about data access or deletion and use each provider's privacy controls. CakeSim is a general audience game; parents should supervise children using ad-supported features or purchases. Please do not send a child's personal information in a support message.

This website and changes

This static page is hosted by GitHub Pages. It has no analytics scripts, ad pixels or forms. GitHub may process technical requests under its privacy statement. We will update this page and its date when the app's data practices change.

Subscription terms

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to CakeSim. CakeSim Premium is an automatically renewing annual subscription. While active, it removes ads, makes ad reward decorations available without watching ads and unlocks the Atelier Collection.

The local annual price and any trial eligibility are displayed in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before you buy. Apple charges your Apple Account after an eligible free trial ends, unless you cancel before the trial ends. The subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before that end. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Restore purchases in the Premium screen using the same Apple Account. For refunds, contact Apple. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.

Support

Email lokman782782@gmail.com with your device model, iOS and app version, and the steps that caused the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card details or full receipts. Premium purchases can be restored from the app's Premium screen. If an ad is unavailable or unfinished, its reward is not granted. Saved cakes are local, so contact us before reinstalling if you need help preserving them.

Cihazda saklanan veriler

Pasta tasarımları, oyun ilerlemesi, kazanılan kilit açmalar ve tercihler cihazda tutulur. Ayrı bir hesap gerekmez; tasarımlar sunucumuza otomatik yüklenmez. Görseli iOS paylaşım menüsünden dışa aktarabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek, Apple yedekleme davranışına bağlı olarak yerel ilerlemeyi silebilir.

Satın almalar

Ödemeyi Apple işler. RevenueCat, Premium erişimini doğrulamak ve geri yüklemek için uygulama kullanıcı kimliği, ürün ve işlem bilgileri, satın alma geçmişi, abonelik durumu ve gerekli teknik bilgileri işler. Kart bilgilerinizi almayız. RevenueCat ve Apple gizlilik politikalarına bakabilirsiniz.

Reklam ve izinler

Ücretsiz sürüm Google AdMob geçiş ve isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlarını kullanır. Saklama ve haklar

Yerel veriler cihazınızdan kaldırılana veya uygulama silinene kadar kalır. Apple, RevenueCat ve Google hizmet verilerini kendi politikalarına göre saklar. Erişim veya silme talepleri için bize yazabilir, sağlayıcıların gizlilik kontrollerini kullanabilirsiniz. Abonelik koşulları

Apple Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi geçerlidir. CakeSim Premium otomatik yenilenen yıllık aboneliktir. Etkin olduğu sürece reklamları kaldırır, reklam ödüllerini reklamsız açar ve Atelier Koleksiyonu'nu kullanıma sunar. Yerel fiyat ve varsa deneme uygunluğu satın almadan önce uygulamada ve Apple onay ekranında gösterilir. Uygun ücretsiz deneme biterken iptal etmezseniz Apple ücret alır. Dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse abonelik yenilenir; Apple yenileme ücretini bitişten önceki 24 saatte alabilir. Apple Hesabı abonelik ayarlarından yönetin veya iptal edin.
