Privacy Policy / Gizlilik Politikası

About this policy

IceSim is an ice cream simulation app from Lokman Şahin. This page describes the app’s local gameplay, advertising and purchase services. Privacy enquiries: lokman782782@gmail.com.

Gameplay and device storage

IceSim does not require an account. Device motion is processed on your device to recognise gameplay gestures. The app’s gameplay code does not upload motion readings, access your contacts, record your microphone or camera, or request precise GPS location. Onboarding preferences and service caches are stored on the device.

Advertising

The free version uses Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process network information such as IP address, approximate location, device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Processing depends on device permissions, region and privacy choices. Google’s consent service presents choices where required; “Privacy Choices” is available in the app when that service requires it. Apple controls access to the advertising identifier through its tracking permission.

Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps using its services.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. IceSim uses RevenueCat to verify the one-time ad-free purchase and restore access. RevenueCat receives a generated app user identifier, purchase records and technical app/device information. IceSim does not receive your payment card number. Once ad-free access is verified, the app stops loading and showing ads; purchase verification continues so access can be restored. See RevenueCat’s privacy information and Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can review available ad choices in the app and permissions in iOS Settings. Uninstalling removes local app data, but does not automatically erase purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Purchase records are used to maintain and restore your entitlement. Advertising and purchase providers process data on their systems, which may be outside your country. Their policies explain their processing and retention practices.

For access, correction or deletion requests, including concerns about a child’s data, contact the email above. Include the app name and enough information to identify the request; do not send passwords or payment card details. The rights available to you depend on your location. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

Support and updates

If you email support, your message and email address are used to respond to your request. Changes to this page will be indicated by the update date above.
