Can I play stories without an internet connection?

Yes! Stories are cached on your device exactly for this reason. Once you've downloaded/played a story or sound while connected, you can safely put your device in airplane mode for bedtime reading.

Is the app safe for my child to use?

Dreamlit is built with safety as our highest priority. All settings, payments, and external links are strictly protected behind a parental gate to ensure children cannot accidentally make purchases or leave the app.

How does the Sleep Timer work?

The sleep timer gently fades out audio and pauses playback after your chosen duration. This prevents the app from running all night and helps ease the transition to deep sleep.

The audio is suddenly not working or skipping.

This is usually resolved by a fresh start. Try double-tapping your home button/swiping up and closing Dreamlit completely. Reopen the app. Also, ensure your iOS device is not set to "Silent Mode" (the physical switch on the side of older iPhones).

How do I cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions are managed directly by Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Dreamlit > Cancel Subscription.
